(English Abstract)
Monitoring of the resources being consumed by virtual machines in a cloud is a challenging task to system administrators. System management tools are used to retrieve and monitor the utilization of several performance metrics, but the information they provide is too abstract that it is not in favor of the provider as well as the user to completely trust it. The other important factor is that usually such system management tools do not provide information in real-time which is again against the requirements of providers and users. In this paper, we propose an sFlow-based monitoring system which not only provides utilization information in detail, but also provides it in real-time.
